Well the contacts are a bad idea, none look natural on brown eyes. Plus you need an eye doctor visit to fit your eye for them, you cant just go safely buy contacts online with no prescription, whether you need vision correction or not. I think the necklace is okay. It's a strapless so you definitely need something on your neck to make it less bare and add detail. I love the dress, and dark brown hair will go amazing with it! I wish I had dark brown hair a lot, so don't dye it any color
