As mentioned, your can use polymer clay** to make phone charms (or most anything you want). Some brands are Premo, Fimo, Kato Polyclay, Cernit, various Sculpeys, etc.
Polymer clays will be much tougher (once cured) than air-dry clays (once dried and sealed) as well, and are often used for "charms" and similar things.
