Lolita Lempicka fragrance quandry.?
About a year ago, bought a Lolita Lempicka fragrance at Sephora. It was in a smallish, blue bottle with goldtone charm thingys on it. When I ran out, I bought a bigger bottle of "L" by Lolita Lempicka. The bottle was the same shape and design, but the glass was brownish rather than blue.
I ended up returning the big bottle because I swear it didn't smell the same (not as strong). But in researching it, I see the smaller bottle is also the "L" fragrance.
Bottom line: is this the same scent? I am also thinking I might have bought a counterfeit version the second time, but I purchased it at Nordstrom, so that's not likely.
Any insight would be appreciated!
This is not about the apple shaped bottle. (I used to wear it and loved it, too, but it reminds me of an old boyfriend now, so I moved on.) Thanks for your answers so far!
I had the same problem. I bought L when it first came out, and loved it, but when I recently got a new bottle it smelled slightly different. The only thing I can assume is that the perfume's formula may have been changed since it was first introduced. As for the bottle color, however, both of mine are the blue.
