Chamilia Jewelry Christmas Beads by Susan Westingham
A great new arrival on the scene, just in time for Christmas, is the latest release of Chamilia Charm beads. While this particular release isn't only comprised of Christmas themed beads, there are quite a few included in the selection. Out of thirty-two new charms, more than one third of the charms are related to the festive season.
The two most expensive charms in this release, retailing for around $260 each, are the Snowflake charm and the Gold Treasure charm. The snowflake charm is a spherical shape, with small clear or white stones set into it. The Gold Treasure charm is a slightly more complex design, with a solid gold base and a gold design set out from it. If $260 is too expensive for you but you would still like to give something with a touch of gold you could always purchase the silver Gift charm that has a gold ribbon, or the Silver Fleur de Lis Ornament charm with its gold leaves.
There are several ornament shaped charms, that look just like little replicas of ornaments that are hung on Christmas Trees. One, the Holiday charm, is a limited edition charm made from silver, with blue stones set in it in a pattern on the front and back sides of the charm. Two other sterling silver bauble like charms are set with different shades of green enamel. The most stunning of these ornament type beads is the Gold Fleur de Lis Ornament. The bead itself is made from silver and it has gold leaves swirling around the body of the bead.
Other Christmas Chamilia Charms include Kris Kringle, complete with a red jewelled nose and a beautiful Murano glass Poinsettia charm that is colored red and green, favourite Christmas colors! The red leaves are set against a green background, making the leaves stand out in a very stunning way. The silver based Holiday wreath bead is covered with two shades of green and red stones, and it is designed, complete with a bow on the top, to look just like a wreath. Finishing up the collection we have Saint Christopher trudging through the snow on a silver bead and two Christmas carollers holding their songsheets.
