Strange piercing in each compartment of the foil pill wrapper containing 1.0mg of Xanax, could they be fake?
I recently purchased some xanax from an internet pharmaceutical company because I have constant feelings of anxiety, but have yet to see a doctor about it. (I now realize my stupidity).
They arrived in an envelope, upon opening I realized the box was already opened and the foil packaging which contained the tablets was taped to the box.
However, I also noticed that each compartment which holds the pills the foil had already been pierced, each one already had a little hole in.
The pills themselves seem pretty legit, they are oval, blue, with Xanax 1.0 on one side and a score on the other.
Anyone have any ideas?

BTW, the holes aren't actually big enough to fit the pills through, it's as if someone has taken a pin and just tapped the foil, it's really quite strange.
As my virtual bf says, 85% of all drugs brought online are not the real McCoy. If there are piercings in the tablet compartments and they look like they have been tampered with I would not take them, they could be anything. If your having feelings of anxiety etc, then see your GP. CBT has a 70% sucess rate.
