what about the surname? binnington? pinnington? bennington?
Joyce is right about the two Marys, but I think the ring says died in Oct which would mean the death would be registered in the December quarter, not the Sept quarter.
There is a Mary Pinnington, Mary Kennington, Mary Pennington and a Cicely Pennington that died in the Dec 1850 quarter .
